750ml of Santolin Family Cider
1 Sliced orange
1 Sliced lemon
1 Tspn allspice
1 Star anise
1 Cinnamon stick
4 Slices of ginger
3 Tablespoons of soft brown sugar
1. Gently simmer ingredients together for about half an hour. Be careful not to boil.
Ladle the cider into individual mugs.
2. Garnish with cinnamon sticks.
