Grapes are sourced from a range of quality vineyards, picked at optimum flavour ripeness and fermented in stainless steel tanks. The wine is then aged on oak for approximately six months adding a very subtle oak influence, allowing the fruit to truly express itself. After gentle fining and filtering it is bottled and ready to go.
Bright, vibrant aromas of ripe berries and dark plums with hints of spicy, peppery goodness. It’s soft, smooth and fills the mouth with a juicy balance of supple tannin and fruit driven flavour. Be sure to let it breathe for at least 30 minutes before serving, then sit back, relax and enjoy.
This wine will suit any food pairing from midweek nosh ups to Saturday night dinners with friends. Think steak on the BBQ with a side of roast potatoes and crisp salad or classic bangers and mash with steamed greens. Our favourite partner to this wine is Adrian’s homemade prosciutto and rocket pizza, surrounded by family, friends and lots of good music!
